Esther Thomson is a 19 year old Brigden native and is one of seven children. She is an honour graduate of LCCVI and also a graduate with honours of the Pre-Health program at Lambton College. She is presently working for a year before returning to college.
She has a great love for all animals, but especially horses and has been a member of the Brigden 4H Horse and Pony Club and has competed at Brigden Fair, Alvinston Fair and Wyoming Fair. Esther has been employed as a riding instructor locally, and was recently in Florida training and riding eventing horses there.
Esther is an avid music lover, plays the piano and guitar, and sang with Jazz Attack at LCCVI and the All Ontario Choir.
Her volunteer activities include helping at various Sarnia nursing homes with her family, with special events at Moore Museum and with the Disabled Riding Program which introduces children with disabilities to horseback riding.
Esther enjoys sports and exhibiting at the Brigden Fair and desires to promote the NUMBER ONE fair in Ontario!
